Second Chance Weekend!

In order to promote awareness about our limited landfill capacity [1] City of Burbank is promoting a “Second Chance Weekend” on October 13 & 14, 2007!
This is a statewide recycling event and it is our chance to keep household items out of our landfills! On this weekend you will not need a garage sale permit and it won’t count against the annual number of permitted garage sales!
